Christmas in Raleigh!
Raleigh does it's best to get into the Christmas spirit every year - even going so far as to produce snow so that kids (and Lisa) can play on a very small pile of snow and throw tiny snowballs at each other. And on top of that, this year they built and put up an outdoor ice skating rink in it's newly finished City Square right next to THE Christmas tree. It was honestly kind of strange seeing people ice skating in downtown Raleigh - but definitely created a very fun atmosphere. Granted, anyone who has ice skated in the northern section of the country would be greatly dismayed at the quality of ice - but that's what you get when it's constantly thawing in the 60 degree December temperatures.
